Files created on Adobe Illustrator CC or Adobe Photoshop CC (or earlier versions of both) are acceptable. Adobe InDesign CC is also accepted.

We run on Windows platform (see notes below for font requirements) If any other program was used to create the artwork please export your file to a PDF file.

Pixel-based images: TIFF, PSD, PSB, JPG (only high-quality JPG’s are accepted)

Vector based graphics: AI, EPS, PDF (enable editing capabilities if available)

Pixel images should be submitted at 100% final print size & at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch)

Please be aware that scaling a pixel image might create undesirable results (low detail pixelated images).

Vector artwork can be submitted at any scale. Please indicate the final desired size.

Please keep in mind that a minimum of 1” of bleed (extra image beyond final size) on each side is required on the artwork.

Please provide the original layered Photoshop file if available. This will allow us to adjust the image if necessary.

If you intend to use any effect (such as drop shadows), we recommend using Photoshop to create your artwork.

When submitting any vector file containing text please convert all fonts to outlines (curves).

If you anticipate that changes will be needed, please submit a version of your file with the text fully editable as well as the original font files.

Please keep in mind that we run on the Microsoft Windows platform.

Pantone Matching System (PMS) is the most commonly used color guide for printing.

Please indicate all required PMS colors to be matched and make sure to create your file using the desired PMS colors.

If other colors are required to be matched (such as paint colors), please provide a physical reference of the color (paint chip or swatches) and clearly specify these colors on your files.
